Please read these terms carefully. They contain important information about your legal rights and obligations as a merchant using FASTPAY24.
Summary of Key Terms
- ● FASTPAY24 is an automated verification bridge, not a wallet provider.
- ● We do not hold or manage your private funds or keys.
- ● You are solely responsible for the content of your website.
- ● Cryptocurrency transactions are final and cannot be reversed.
Acceptance of Agreement
By registering for an account or using the FASTPAY24 API, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. This agreement is a legally binding contract between you (the "Merchant") and FASTPAY24 Ecosystem.
Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your API access without any refund of premium plans.
Service Scope & Neutrality
FASTPAY24 provides a technical infrastructure to automate the verification of incoming payments on Binance Pay, TON Blockchain, and Bangladeshi MFS (bKash, Nagad, etc.).
Zero Restriction Policy: We operate as a neutral technology provider. We do not monitor or restrict the type of websites using our gateway. Whether your site is for e-commerce, gaming, or digital services, our gateway remains open for your use. However, you are responsible for complying with the local laws of your operating country.
Merchant Account & Security
To use our services, you must provide accurate registration details. You are responsible for:
- Protecting your account password and API Secret Keys.
- Ensuring your "Domain Locking" settings are correct.
- Monitoring your own wallet balances on third-party platforms.
FASTPAY24 will never ask for your Private Keys, Seed Phrases, or OTPs. Any such request from someone claiming to be our staff is a fraud attempt.
Payments & Blockchain Risks
Our system verifies transactions by reading public ledger data. You acknowledge that:
- Blockchain networks may experience congestion or downtime.
- MFS providers (bKash/Nagad) may have temporary server lags.
- FASTPAY24 is not liable for financial losses due to third-party network failures.
Non-Reversible Payments
Once a crypto payment is confirmed on the blockchain, it is final. We cannot recover funds sent to wrong addresses or UIDs. Merchants must ensure their wallet details are correctly entered in the Brand Management section.
Prohibited Conduct
While we do not restrict website types, we strictly prohibit the following actions on our platform:
- Using our API for money laundering or terrorist financing.
- Repeatedly submitting fake Transaction IDs to bypass our security.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer our automation scripts or Android apps.
Premium Plans & Refunds
Subscription plans for premium API features are billed in USD. Once a license is activated and added to your brand, it cannot be refunded. You may stack multiple plans to increase the expiry duration of your brand.
Limitation of Liability
FASTPAY24 and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or funds) arising out of or in connection with the use of our gateway. Our service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh.
