Welcome to FastPay24.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FastPay24's website, software, APIs, payment verification systems, merchant dashboard, payment links, digital storefront tools, affiliate programs, and all related services available through FastPay24.
By creating an account, accessing our platform, integrating our APIs, or using any FastPay24 service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.
About FastPay24
FastPay24 is a payment verification and merchant automation platform.
Our services are designed to assist merchants in verifying incoming payments and automating payment-related workflows through supported payment networks, blockchain networks, mobile financial services, banking systems, and API integrations.
FastPay24 operates as a technology service provider and does not act as a bank, financial institution, money transmitter, escrow service, investment platform, or custodial wallet provider.
Eligibility
To use FastPay24 services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
FastPay24 reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for users who fail to meet these requirements.
Identity Verification (KYC)
FastPay24 currently does not require standard Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for general access to its services.
Users may create and operate accounts without submitting government-issued identification documents unless otherwise required by applicable law, regulatory obligations, security investigations, fraud prevention measures, court orders, or exceptional compliance circumstances.
FastPay24 reserves the right to request additional information, temporarily restrict account access, or conduct identity verification where reasonably necessary to:
- Investigate suspected fraud or abuse;
- Protect platform security;
- Comply with legal obligations;
- Resolve disputes;
- Verify account ownership.
Failure to provide requested information in such circumstances may result in temporary suspension or limitation of certain services.
Service Scope
FastPay24 provides software and automation tools that may include:
- Automated payment verification
- Payment gateway integrations
- Merchant dashboards
- API services
- Webhook systems
- Payment links
- Digital storefront services
- Digital product delivery automation
- Affiliate management tools
- Transaction monitoring systems
Supported payment methods may include mobile financial services, banking systems, cryptocurrency networks, and other payment technologies that FastPay24 may support from time to time. The list of supported payment methods may change without prior notice.
Non-Custodial Nature of Service
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- FastPay24 does not hold customer funds.
- FastPay24 does not store merchant funds.
- FastPay24 does not control payment accounts.
- FastPay24 does not possess private keys, seed phrases, OTPs, or banking credentials.
Merchants maintain sole ownership and control over their wallets, bank accounts, mobile financial service accounts, and payment destinations. All financial transactions occur directly between merchants and their customers through third-party payment providers.
Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate account information.
- Securing account credentials.
- Protecting API keys and secrets.
- Configuring wallet addresses correctly.
- Configuring banking details correctly.
- Managing their websites and applications.
- Complying with local and international laws.
- Delivering products and services to customers.
- Managing customer disputes and refunds.
FastPay24 is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect merchant configuration.
Digital Products and Storefront Services
FastPay24 may provide tools allowing merchants to sell digital products and services. Merchants remain fully responsible for:
- Product quality, legality, and ownership.
- Copyright and licensing compliance.
- Customer support and fulfillment.
FastPay24 does not review, approve, endorse, or guarantee any merchant product offered through the platform.
API Access and Usage
API access is provided solely for legitimate business purposes. You agree not to:
- Abuse API rate limits or attempt unauthorized access.
- Reverse engineer platform systems or circumvent security controls.
- Interfere with platform operations or use automated attacks.
FastPay24 may suspend API access immediately if abuse or security risks are detected.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Fraudulent transactions, money laundering, terrorist financing, identity theft, phishing, unauthorized financial services, distribution of malware, exploitation of software vulnerabilities, illegal gambling where prohibited by law, sale of stolen or unauthorized digital assets, and any activities violating laws.
Transaction Verification Disclaimer
FastPay24 provides automated verification technology based on available transaction data. While we strive for accuracy, FastPay24 cannot guarantee 100% transaction accuracy, continuous availability of third-party services, instant confirmation, or network uptime. Merchants should independently verify high-value transactions.
Third-Party Services
FastPay24 integrates with third-party services. These services operate independently. FastPay24 is not responsible for third-party outages, API failures, payment provider delays, or blockchain congestion.
Fees and Subscription Plans
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees, maintain valid payment information, and accept pricing updates for future billing periods.
12. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise required by law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Activated plans may not be eligible for refunds. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
13. Account Suspension and Termination
FastPay24 may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, suspected fraud, security risks, falsified information, or abuse of services. Suspension may occur without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
All FastPay24 software, systems, branding, logos, and APIs remain the exclusive property of FastPay24. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or create derivative works except where authorized.
15. Affiliate Program
Affiliate commissions are subject to verification, may be modified or discontinued, and may be withheld in cases of abuse or fraud.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastPay24 shall not be liable for loss of revenue, profits, data, cryptocurrency, banking losses, or any indirect/consequential damages. Your use of services is at your own risk.
17. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless FastPay24 and its operators from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of Terms, or merchant business activities.
Service Availability
We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance or third-party disruptions may temporarily affect service.
19. Modifications to Services
FastPay24 may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, API, or pricing structure at any time. Reasonable notice will be provided where practical.
20. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of Bangladesh. Any legal dispute shall be subject to the competent courts of Bangladesh.
